Eboni Batie founded Einkorn Bakery with a simple but powerful mission: to give her family, and others, access to truly wholesome, nourishing food. As a new mom, she became deeply intentional about the ingredients her children were consuming and quickly recognized that many everyday baked goods are made with highly processed wheat and additives that can negatively impact the body. After seeing loved ones struggle with sensitivities to modern wheat and hidden chemicals, Eboni set out to create a better alternative. Drawing on her background as a licensed nutritionist and personal trainer, along with a lifelong influence from her father, a physician, she developed recipes using einkorn flour, an ancient grain that is unprocessed and closer to its natural form. The result is a line of delicious baked goods made with simple, clean ingredients that support better health.
